CONTROLS :Commands follow the principle of "first come , first served".Your order is initially recorded.
We submit the regulations imposed by credit card anti- fraud control.
Then we check if the product is available in our inventory to see if any from the manufacturer.Past these two controls is put your order is "pending" or " canceled".Verification can take up to 24 business hours.
If there out of stock Product is immediately available if recommended by the manufacturer.If the product is no longer available, we will cancel the order and refund youWe will also offer you an equivalent product and invite you to order again.All orders for which we can not satisfy you will be refunded.
DELIVERIES :If the product is available for your package will leave the next day for delivery the next day at the earliest (48 Hours).If the product is possibly unavailable in our stock but available from the manufacturer , you will take a minimum of 7 days or more in holiday periods. (up to 10 working days)In the case of a purchase gift we advise you to call us at the store at 02 98 57 10 40 for information about availability of the product before ordering.
RETURNS:You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package , depending on the Consumer Code.For an exchange of product, return costs are at your expense. We support the return postage.If your purchase does not always fit after you return, we ask you to return the package at your expense and proceed to a refund on the basis of the invoice.
